I typically don’t write reviews, but I needed to write this one. After 6+ months of heavy use, this short leash is holding up quite well for a heavy pulling dog. The carabiner is solid and strong and the leather is thick and soft. For reference, I have a 150# Caucasian Shepherd that constantly likes to intimidate anything that seems to threaten him by launching forward aggressively. This leash has been awesome for such occasions. Well worth it

The leather and overalls craftsmanship is great. The only thing I'm unsure of is how the clip will hold up with a 100 pound Cane Corso puppy

This leash is everything I was looking for. We use it on a daily basis. I take my 150lb mastiff puppy everywhere and it is perfect to keep him close. The leash is extremely durable. I do a lot of off leash work with him and can comfortably leave it on him if I need to secure him in a hurry. It is comfortable to hold, and holds up to all the elements. He swims with it on and it hold up to being submerged and the sand has yet to cause any damage. I've had it for a year and it looks the same as the day I bought it. I 100% recommend!

Exactly what I was looking for, especially in length and sturdiness. I have a young Rottweiler so I prefer a short strong leash and this one has been perfect.

Strong and safe

This is not suitable for big strong dogs as the hook did not last for few mins. Although the leather is quite strong, bit i dont know why they’ve used a low quality weak hook metal! Its weak and a waste of money..
