When I received the band, it appeared not compatible, but I had to search for a video that revealed a sleeve that needed to be removed from the watch, BUT I already had returned It believing it was wrong. If I had been able to communicate verbally with the seller we might have discovered this, but the impersonalness of online today does not allow for this. I would use them again, but sad that I had returned it before finding out alone, whatvthe issue was. I believe the company should know what the issue was, but they will need to search for the trick regarding Vivosmart HR because I cannot describe it in writing. Would be four stars (maybe 5, because I’d still have the band) if I would have been able to talk to someone.

I absolutely love the pattern!If the watch band buckle didn't dig into my wrist, this would be a 5 star. I compared the clasp to my original and this one is thicker, thus digging into my wrist. I may look into changing the buckle.

I work at a dog kennel and my watch strap needs to be strong to endure all the random paws and straps that come its way. Along with that many of my friends have noticed it and I have gotten many compliments. Very impressed with this product. It stays in place and is quite beautiful!

Beautiful when you first get it. After 4-months of wear with no major water contact aka shower. I never shower with it on.
