Why do people love their Apple Watches? It's just a watch, for pete's sake! But if you have one you know right away. There's a small miracle that happens in a busy life when you can answer your phone (er, watch?) with your hands full. Or just glancing down to see the text message you just got. Or even completing those freaking rings (don't know? of you will). There's very little bad I can say after having my Series 2 for the last couple of years. I'm happy to get the 3 to have the always-on feature of cellular. I can leave the house and it's not even a problem if I left my phone. Or go for a walk without having a heavy phone in my pocket. It's not even about style, there's just a huge practicality of having a small device attached to your wrist that makes so many problems go away. Here are the positives:• Excellent watch. Like, as a watch.• Receive calls. Make calls.• Receive text messages. Facebook, Twitter, IG, and more.• Interchangeable bands. Fit the look you want, change on a dime.• Siri• Alarms, notes and all the other little apps.• Fitness trackingReally, I don't have any cons. I know people think a smart phone in your back pocket is the top, but this just changes the game. I don't know a single person who ever got an Apple Watch and didn't like it. And the funny thing is you'll never know unless you get one - Because how it changes what you do is the thing that makes it amazing. It's all those small little ways that make for a stupidly brilliant product.Seriously, you, your wife, your boyfriend - It make a perfect gift.

I love this machine. I work a demanding job in management and it is so nice having my Apple Watch alert me of texts, calls, notifications, etc. I'm always on call and it's very important to keep a pulse on messages from staff and my company. When clients are nearby it looks so much more professional to glance at my watch instead of drag out my phone. It synched many of my apps, all contacts, calendar, etc. I feel like a spy when I ask Siri from my watch to remind me of an engagement or to look something up, spell something out, etc. I do not have a data plan with it, but the extra $10 on my phone bill would be well worth it. Right now my phone needs to be within 30-40ft from my watch to get notifications, but it still functions perfectly as a watch without the phone with many, many apps and features most tailored toward health and exercise. Even though it is comfortable, I do not currently sleep with it on, but I can't deny how handy it is to have your wake-up alarm on your wrist especially if the wake-up is a vibration instead of a jarring noise right away in the morning.I did a lot of research to what smart watch to buy. I decided to go with Apple because they have quality products built to last. I went with the smaller size watch because I have small wrists and don't need the larger screen. I love that you can change the display screen to whatever you want and the weather is handy to me with a flick of my wrist. I decided to go with the Series 3 because it had everything I needed and I'm very glad I went with the 3 instead of the 5. I thought I would like some of the 5's features but the 3 has everything I need at a reasonable cost! It is also very easy to change out bands and protective cases. You can have any color out there to match any outfit!Only downside so far is that it only keeps a charge for about 2 days, but charging it is very easy and fast. It has just become routine to charge my watch overnight just like my phone.This is a must-have in this virtual world!

If you are more into the applications of the watch instead of just something to receive messages/calls on then this review won't be much help but if you are looking for the simple things then please do read on!I personally just wanted an apple watch to get notifications of messages/calls so I wouldn't have to carry my Max size phone everywhere with me and especially at work if its important I can see the message. This watch so far as not disappointed! I do not like small screens (reason for me having a max size phone instead of regular) so I do not really care for all the extra features on the watch besides notifications and of course telling time (:Battery has been great, has lasted a lot longer than my phone that's for sure. I do charge it every night but by the time I get done with the day the battery is at like 60% before I even put it on the charger. The S/M band was great size for me!There are some misleading reviews about what comes with the watch. In my box I received the watch automatically attached to the S/M band but it also came with a M/L band in case it was needed. I also got the charger for the watch.I received the 38mm face size which is a great size for me because I do not like big and bulky but I am sure i would have been happy with the bigger size just didn't want to spend the extra money. I also ordered a pair of the silicone screen protectors to put on (2 protectors for $8).You set up your watch through the app on your phone which is very convenient cause I can't imagine setting it up on that little screen. Great watch and I am so happy I finally got one even if its the series 3 a lot of people say that it is just as good as the new models and cheaper (:
