The grip is very good and unable to burn their hands. For someone that suffers from Arthritis as this was a gift the person.

I’ve been using this cup every weekday morning for six months to buy my flat whites. I love it. Yes, the lid is not water tight but it’s good enough to prevent my coffee from slopping out whilst walking from the coffee shop to my desk at work.

It's a lov cup, but the sleeve keeps coming off.

I wanted a glass cup for work that is easy to clean. The mug is really nice, everyone at work likes it. The lid is a bit difficult to put on so i don't really use it.

The glass seems different to normal. The fat from milk seems to cling to the glass. The hole on the lid isn't smooth, so it catches the residual of the coffee. Doesn't matter too much with daily proper wash.

Well made, easy to use. Keeps hot drinks warm a bit longer than a mug because of the lid. I like that it's simple.It's a bit heavy for a cup to carry around around when you're out, but i have it for work. I can keep it there so no problem :-)

I bought this cup initially based off the design but have been pleasantly surprised by the quality.The Cup is made of solid glass with a secure lid, the silicon also doesn’t get too hot when holding a warm drink.Arrived packaged in a small brown box with a happy planet logo.

Like so many reviews stated - the lid on this cup is not really suitable as it comes off very easily. If the cup is being used whilst walking or in transit, it will leak liquid everywhere.
