Good beginner guitar for the price
I'm trying to balance my thoughts on this guitar with an awareness of price.The one I received had been in storage for some time, so the strings were a bit dead, and the sachet of dessicantunderneath the strings had rotted and left debris on a couple of frets.Fretboard was dry, easily remedied.Action as received was quite goodNo sharp fret endsPoor quality strings. Change them as soon as you get it.Tuners are reasonably good, fairly responsive except for the high E which was stiff and jumpy.Pickups sound good, not amazing, but good.Have I owned/played better guitars for the money, in short- yes, but I've also played a lot worse.Can a beginner pick this up and start playing without hours of frustration/tuning issues etc? yes.This is a good beginner guitar, there are better on amazon for 30-40 more, sometimes less. But it's not bad at all.
