Great customer service is hard to find these days and invaluable, so I’ve changed to a 5 star rating! 👌🏾😊I'm giving two stars despite this thing dying on me, because for the short period it was working, I loved my Tanaab, I really did!I used it every other day, cleaned it regularly, and was in love with its easy operation, and portability. It helped me get rid of the dark spots I'd developed after years of plucking hairs, it got me an insanely close shave on my face, and it didn't scrape at and irritate my skin like other shavers I'd tried in the past.BUT, unfortunately, the motor died on me out of nowhere. I tried changing the batteries, changing the shaver head, re-cleaning the inside, but alas nothing has helped. The light still comes on, so I know there's juice, but the rest is a no go. Very disappointing to get such limited use out of something that was working so well for my needs. Now I have to go buy a new one (albeit a different brand) because I'm addicted and can't go long without one of these in my life!

Got this for my wife. After a few weeks of use, she isn't using it much: has to go over and over an area on her face for it to remove hairs, and for her upper lip, has to be careful as it often pinches the skin. So she is not a fan.FOLLOW-UP: Customer service has been very helpful. With their further instruction (more circular movement; hold gently against skin as opposed to pressing it too much against skin), it seems to work well. Change to 4 stars.

I do not like this product. It does not remove the hair with one pass over. I expected much more from the product. I had to go over the areas on my face I wanted the hair removed several times before all the hair was gone. So it took a long time to use, which was annoying. I have very light, fine peach fuse on my face and I expected this to do a much better faster job than it does. Considering returning it.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this with my boyfriend's account since his account is a prime account, and here are my comments about this product. This hair removal goes with a battery and a cleaning brush, which is one plus when I open the packing. And it's color is pearl white which makes it looks qualified. In addition, the most reason why I like it is that it's really gentle! I can use it arbitrarily without worrying about hurting myself. Since the hair on my face is not obvious, I show you how I use it to remove the hair on my leg in the attached video. You can find out that even though it's gentle, I can remove the hair completely after shaving backward and forward for 2 or 3 times.

The twisting bottom is annoying it definitely comes lose constantly need to keep closing it. And it does not grab the hairs right away. I constantly need to go over, and over, and over the same area multiple times

This is my second hair remover. It works well. The first one broke after a few months. The second appears to be operating better but we shall see.

I have very delicate skin so at first I was scared to try it(So I sampled on my arm first to see if it produced any pain then tried it on my face) I was actually impressed because it doesn't hurt, ich or get red like when I do waxing and with the flashlight I see the difference immediately as soon as I use it

This product is wonderful. It works great on my face .My face is smoother now. The product is made durable, and very easy to use. I can carry it with me in my purse ,I am very pleased with this product. It is exactly what they say it is. It works great on peach fuzz on my face and coarse air. Every woman needs one of these. I highly recommend this product.
