I love new techy stuff!
UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: WePlenish randomly sent me a nice card with an attachment for my device that helps to hold in the nespresso pods. So, due to nice customer service and and the fact that this add on may solve my spillage issue (and hopefully my random reordering) - I'm sticking it out with this device. I do think it's a lovely concept and the fact that their customer service is great, I'm going to hang tight. THANK YOU TO THE WEPLENISH TEAM :)UPDATE TO INITIAL REVIEW : I was contacted by WePlenish and they let me know it takes about a month for the device to "learn" (which I get, but I still think the app should show the level of product in your device - since it doesn't, that was a red flag for me). There's no real way to know is working. There's a learning icon, but they're no definition or action or indication that anything is really happening.Fast forward only 2 weeks -- the device reordered my coffee pods when it was barely less than half empty (2 weeks after I purchased the device) and I got ZERO notification. Before you ask, YES my notifications were on. Maybe the device got confused bc pods continuously spill out of this device.Due to the fact I have to pick up pods off the ground constantly, the extremely insufficient app, and the premature ordering with no notification - I'm seriously thinking about returning this. BUT, I'm keeping my eye on the company. I'm sure in a while they'll have worked all this out and the product will be beyond awesome. I'll buy again when things level up a bit.I bought this to house my nespresso pods bc they were taking over my kitchen. I love this recepticle's integration with Amazon and that it's a smart device. I found set up to be very easy and getting into the app was a breeze. I have only found a few cons. The nespresso pods fall out of this every time you grab one. Also, I can't tell if the device is working. I thought maybe the app would give some indication of how full (or not) the bin is - but there's no evidence that it's picking up on the contents at all. Hmmmm....I guess we'll see if it's working, in due time. I'm excited enough about the hope this will work to wait it out. ((I tried to chat via the app a few times, but no one ever answered - just kept saying the team was busy))I like the idea of this, so I'm not going to return it. Hopefully it's as great as I hope it'll be :)

I wish it was dumb, but I love it
This is the only dispenser I found that ensures FIFO rotation of capsules. Fits in the cabinet and nothing messy to put on the counter. I love it, but it has a feature I just don't need. I usually reuse my capsules, so i don't need a dispenser ordering new pods for me. Makes me wonder if it would be cheaper without the brains. I recommend this to anyone who does not want a dispenser on their counter.

It simply does not work well, I cannot recommend you purchase this item
While the service of the company is good as others have stated, there are limits to what they are willing and able to do. The unt itself is not reliable. The one I bought at first worked as it should but after a month it began to malfunction. It was difficult to get it to join my network without customer service help, did not "check in" with itself without customer service intervention and currently does not reorder on its own as it should...which is the whole point for which it was purchased. At this point customer service has stopped responding to my requests for help to get the unit working and as it is past the Amazon return window this will likely now go in the garbage.Oh, and the opening at the front is way too big and the pods were all falling out all the time...the company did after purchase provide a 3D printed piece to resolve that which was great at first but that too has broken now, as it was really poorly made...though a good effort was made to improve! They mean well but this is just not a fully baked product yet.UPDATE: Customer service has gotten back to me and due to the repeated problems I have had with the product over months, it has been offered to be replaced ... I am very happy with the service and so will add another star. If the replacement product winds up working well over time I will consider adding more stars. Thank you for going above and beyond to Nick!

Never run out of java again!
If you are like me and you really enjoy coffee and often times forget to order pods this is a dream come true. It's easy to set up, in fact it has it's own Wi-Fi access point that you pair with to set it up initially through their app, choose the style of cups you want (it supports Kuerig K-Cups and both Nespresso cups) then the Wi-Fi access point is turned off for security reasons. Once it is setup when it runs low on pods or cups it'll use the Dash capability to order more coffee from Amazon. It's really slick. They also have a free add-on that's currently in prototype that blocks off the chute where you get the pods or cups from. For those of you with Nespresso machines the pods are small and prone to spilling out of the opening. The picture shows my WePlenish with the "ModPod" attached to it and it works at making the pods stay in the WePlenish.

An Amazing, Innovative Product - Great Customer Service
We are a very small office. Bought this for its looks and ease of filling the bin with K-Cups. Was not initially interested in their replenish program as we were buying Dunkin Donuts K-Cups from Costco, 72 cups for $40.00 or about $0.55 ea. Out of curiosity I went to their website to see how much they would charge for the same coffee. I chatted with Mariana and found out their cost was $33.30 for 60 cups of Dunkin - about $0.55 ea, same as Costco and with free shipping via my Amazon Prime account! Suddenly I was interested. She explained the program, how the unit works and walked me through the set up, which is really easy. This device sees the level of K-Cups in the dispenser and suggests when to order a refill via the App. It even allows for any K-Cups you may already have on hand. I could not find any negatives to using this product. Good price, amazing technology and amazing customer service.
