Very well made with good components
The media could not be loaded. Very well made with good components, easy to crack open. Just screws and connectors. The voltage holds 29.4v under 2A constant load . I like what i see.The only strange thing is the the picture showed a line filter on the cord and the one i received has not.

Factory replacement for many chair lifts
While made in China, this unit has worked steadily for powering my Macy's recliner. The unit fits perfectly in the Macy transformer box and is recommended by Macy's for those who don't have a repair plan. The unit is exactly the same as the ones which came with both of my chairs. In my experience, the life expectancy of Chinese power transformers isn't too great for any type of product, even those powering $12,000 computer storage units from a high end supplier. We've had both chairs for over 5 years with just one chair failure.

Perfect replacement
Managed to destroy my previous power supply. This was a perfect, exact replacement and I expect it will outlive the recliner as long as I'm careful about where I stow the unit. :-)

Works great.
We purchased this to replace a broken power supply/adapter for one of our Costco power reclining media chairs, and it has worked great. No power plug is supplied with this product, but I suspect since most people are buying this as a replacement for a broken one, they can use the old power plug. This allows this vendor to not have to increase his costs for this added part which few may need.

Very happy
When the power stopped working on my leather recliner (while in the reclined position!) I started to freak. Couldn't figure out was was wrong. Then about two days later, it dawned on me that the power supply (AC/DC adapter) may be bad. Sure enough, that was the problem . Where else but Amazon could I find what I needed, when I needed it, and for only $11.00???? I thought I'd be buying a new chair for $800 or more. Ordered on Saturday, it was delivered Monday afternoon, and Monday evening, the cat and I were cuddled watching Prime! Love Amazon, and thrilled with this product. Thanks!!!!!
