Pretty cool but has a mildew smell
I got the belt and overall it looks great but my biggest issue is that it had a strong mildew smell. I let it sit out in the open for 3 weeks before using it. By then the smell had eased up a bit but not entirely. The smell finally disappeared after about 2 months of wearing. Honestly, I used to work in the desiccant industry and a little one cent ($0.01) desiccant would keep the mildew smell from ever happening. The mildew smell comes from the shipping process. Most products we get from Asia is shipped in ocean containers. While they’re sitting on a ship for for as long as 6 weeks as it travels around the pacific, the containers expand and contract in the heat from the sun and coolness of night. This produces a lot of moisture build up in the shipping container - there is a term for this “container rain”. When the container is finally opened at its destination, often there is so much humidity that water is dripping from the ceiling (like rain). It’s very disgusting as you’re hit with a wall of mildew smell upon opening a container..Another issue is that the belt is a little too soft and flexible for me.. it may not be that big an issue for most but I wear suspenders- the kind that slips onto the belt. Often the belt will twist as the suspenders pull - and since the suspenders slide on from underneath, the belt will twist up and the suspenders will slide off. Luckily this only happens with only one of the front clips at a time.

Smelly. But otherwise awesome.
This belt is completely awesome in so many ways. It’s easily the same quality as a Tommy Hilfiger belt I bought last year for five times the price. Plus it’s super easy to customize the belt to your individual waist using the included leather punch and a pair of scissors. My only complaint is that the belt has a noticeable acrid chemical smell when it’s brand new (at least mine did). In my case, I opened the belt several days before the event so it stunk up my closet but was somewhat diminished when I needed to wear it. But, even now, several weeks after I bought it, I can still smell that odor faintly on occasion when I wear the belt.

Belted out of the block.
Longer than expected, which is fine for me. I think they could have punched more holes in the far end though. After trying it on, I feel it needs a few more holes going towards the buckle end when it’s laid flat.Belt feels kind of soft, so we will have to see how the leather holds up down the road. But it looks great.

Very stretchy, will not stay put, fell apart in less than a month.
Not at all durable. The belt strap is anything but leather, and started flaking apart and exposing the odd eleastic material underneath. Stretches so much that its really impossible as a belt. It moves around all over the place.The buckle is very nice. The gift box it came in is 10x nicer than the actual belt. Waste of money.

Was it really a deal?
Received belt and have worn about 15-17 times in past month, and it is already starting to stretch and delaminate on the front surface. prob only get 4-5 times more wear before it starts looking real ratty!

You get what you pay for
Hello,After just a few uses this belt splintered and split around the round openings where the metal clasps through making me look unsightly as this was very visible. I puchased a Columbia belt from another seller, and I have worn it about double the times I wore the VR Legend, and there are little to no signs of wear anywhere on the belt.

Great belt!
Just what I was looking for! Fit perfect right out of the box, plus it comes with a punch tool to shorten if needed!Awesome! I`m going to order a few more!

LOOK GOOD WITH JEANS
This belt has room to spare should you need some extra length following that extra slice of mama's signature pumpkin pie. To early to tell if the durability of the faux leather material will be an issue. For now, I'm a happy camper. GTK
