Q: I have big Arms... are the sleeves stretchy or tight fitting?

The arms are pretty stretchy, they are not too snug. I have pretty big arms too, I got a medium and it fits great. I wore mine for a choir performance where we do hand motions, and the arms had a lot of flexibility.

Q: I'm 4'11 would the dress be too long on me?

I'm 5'4" and it comes just below my knees. I'm guessing it would be about mid-calf on you. This is such a retro dress that with a great pair of heels it would still be adorable.

Q: According to the size chart, I'd be a 2xl, but I normally wear an 18 at 5'3. Is this size chart accurate?

Get the 2xl. I am usually a size 18 pant at 5'3 and the 2xl fit me perfectly.

Q: What are the washing instructions? It was hard to tell from the label.

I just washed it with like colors and hung to dry and it looked just like new still.
