The power unit to this never worked. It would "charge" and then as soon as it was done charging, it would never turn on. The instructions also say to place this on your STOMACH between your ribs and your hips....pretty sure this is not where it is supposed to go. Use is self explanatory if you ask me, but just goes to show they have no idea what they are actually selling. Already slated for return.

Looks good but that's all. Doesn't work well.
The top part of this design only weakens the charge and strength of this EMS trainer. Also the contacts of the trainer and the battery pack did not mesh properly so the battery would become disconnected while using and it would have no power, hence would shut off. I put saran wrap ant the upper (T or belt) portion and only used the (upside down U) portion of the trainer. I used my shorts to keep it in place on my body, then the battery stayed in contact and I received a strong charge that did help my workouts. The USB charging system is great, and the battery lasts for a long time before needing recharging, just don't waste your time ordering this "belt" design, just order the upside down "U" shaped design with the USB rechargeable power.

Nice Glutes coming up
It was amazing lastnight!! I woke up this morning and felt my muscles burning!!!I absolutely love this thing!!! If you're not used to working the glute muscles, start off with a low setting. I used a high setting because I do workout and it does give you that burn your looking for. love it

Dont work
Dosent work.. Wont stay turned on.

Not the best item
I’ve had this 3 months and only used it a handful of times. It stopped working properly only one of the pads is now working....

Mine only lasted for 2 weeks, can I get a replacement because mine is already broken.

Powerful enough
all I have to say is that this is great, it Really works and it’s worth to have, I had an expensive one before and it wasn’t as good as this! One! I really recommend it,!!
