Yes, we think this item EC002-V0-NS can working with vw cars and skoda, just properly install it will be OK.

2.	If there is a chip immobilizer in your car OEM key fob, you need to have an extra key & also need to buy an extra bypass module in order to make the kits working well. 3.	If your car needs more than 3 seconds for engine starting/cranking time, please add an extra timer delay switch on it. there are many such kind of timer delay switch available on amazon.com and you can buy anyone you prefer. just keep in mind that the timer delay switch is a dc12v version and timer delay time should meet your time requirement.
4.	Please note that this is not a plug & play item and you need to connect all the necessary wires of it. Due to complexity of installation of this item, which required to be installed by a professional car alarm installer or trained alarm installer if you have no alarm installation experience, please check if you can find one or not before purchasing. And you can find an alarm installer in your local town or search “car alarm installation” on amazon.com to find the installer nearby.

this item only fit for dc12v gas engine vehicles without factory OEM push start button, such as sedan, compact, suv, mpv, pickup etc.  not fit for truck, van, Recreational Vehicle， or vehicles with factory oem push start button. 
Please pay attention to following points before you buy it:

2.	If there is a chip immobiliser in your car factory key fob, you need to have a factory key & also need to buy an extra bypass module in order to make the kits working well. Here is the bypass module you may take a consideration: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MEHBVIC
Or https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NSLPBG7 and you can buy it with the item together if you need. if you don't want to buy the bypass module, please take out the chip immobiliser from car factory key fobs and stick it somewhere around the ignition cylinder till you can start the car.
