Nice clean casings with no splits. (I still rinse them through from the faucet) The lengths were long enough to fill a couple pounds in each one and they slid on the nozzle easily. I just wish they were packed maybe in smaller packages. This package would make a hundred pounds of sausage, I'm sure! I managed to partially thaw and split into smaller portions, but that is not ideal.

Extremely long. Good size though. A little larger in diameter than the small packages with just one hank, and longer to boot. I guess I prefer long to short, in the end.

NO complaints except that they sent so many casings that if you are merely a hobbyist you'll only used 1% of all the casing. I made 8lbs of sausage and I probably could have made 1000 lbs from all they sent. That's not really a complaint but only an observation- perhaps they can sell a much smaller jar that says something like "can make up to 25lbs of sausage" if you're an outdoors man and need to process hundreds of lbs of meat that's a different story.

Delivered in two days (using free 3-5 business days service) securely packaged by tracked USPS post. These are as good or better than any natural casing I've used in the past. Come in good long lengths (12' plus) so none of the wastage you get with the 2-3' lengths in hobby packs. I just pack the unused portion back in salt for later re-use.

A nice reliable sausage casing. Very seldom have there been holes. There is no residual flavor in the sausage from the casing, as I have found with other casings. It's a good casing that is perfect for larger diameter sausages.

I just love nice long casings and I had no problems at all with these.
