The plunger is smooth and trouble free. . The two liquids come out clear and transparent, but turn slightly opaque when mixed. The epoxy mixes into a liquid consistency similar to chocolate syrup rather than tomato catsup, so viscosity is not that thick, so it will run. I recommend using a tray to mix. I used a piece of cardboard and experienced some running. . When applying, note that the epoxy is lesser in terms of viscosity. It will run off your scraper and spill, so take care. But spillage is easy to clean with a wet paper towel. . Don’t over-apply. Just make sure you can get even costing on both aurfaces/sides of the materials to be bonded. . No nasty odors. . A couple of minutes after application, the epoxy feels sticky and rubbery, but that goes away and the material will turn rock hard after an hour or so. Epoxy dries clear. Hardly noticeable even after applied on a wooden door that is painted white. . Very good bonding. I used masking tape to clamp/hold the glued pieces together. And the tape came off easily after curing/hardening. . I can hardly see where the crack was. **Q: Would this fix a rearview mirror that completely came off?** A: At the auto part store they make an adhesive for rearview mirrors, about $10, clean the glass with 90% alcohol, use tape to hold the mirror plate in position.I would let it dry for 2 hours minimum. **Q: will this work on crystal** A: Regrettably, not in a safe, lovely or reliable way...what seems to work best for porcelain, crystal and glass is old fashioned Elmer's white glue, which actually dries clear, is non-toxic and does a relatively good job of adhering to porous surfaces. Admittedly, for crystal it is also not ideal...but crystal has a complex formulation, with lead and other metals melted into the silica of the glass...that is what makes it strong, thin, and ring like a bell. The PC clear epoxy does not work well on porous surfaces, and I would never drink from a glass mended with it! It would work if you were just mending it for cosmetic reasons...or perhaps reattaching a stem, rather than a portion of the drinking surface. I have used the Devcon epoxy for many glass repairs quite successfully, but I would still be careful with drinking from any repaired surface, but it does adhere to porous surfaces better. I would most definitely buy this product again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Small problem with Dispensing but works fine *by E***S on November 26, 2022* I used this for gluing a broken piece of ceramic together and also for kintsugi, mixing it with mica for color. It worked great as an epoxy, and for the kintsugi, filled a hole and dried hard as metal. So that function it great. I did however downgrade the “ easy to use” rating, because it didn’t dispense evenly. When I first pushed the plunger, it came out of one side before it did the other, as if there was an air bubble in one side. The amount evened out as I continued to push, and I dispensed more than I needed, to decrease the difference. It did dry hard, as a stated above, so maybe the 2 parts don’t have to be exactly the same amounts, but I did think it was worth mentioning. There was one feature that was very useful. The cap that you put Back on to store it only goes on one way, so you don’t have to remember how you took it off.
