## Description

Product Description PC-Clear is a completely clear liquid epoxy. PC-Clear is formulated to remain clear during and after its curing time. PC-Clear is very durable and flexible making it unlike many liquid epoxies. If disguising a repair or the absence of color is needed, PC-Clear is your product of choice. PC-Clear demonstrates excellent chemical resistance to mild acids, caustics, detergents, gasoline, fuel oil, salt, and fresh water. Note: PC-Clear will not bond to wax paper, Teflon, Polyethylene, and some other plastics. There are hundreds of plastics in thousands of combinations. Test a small area when in doubt.Advisement: Please be aware that PC-Clear will get warm when it cures. How warm it gets depends largely on the amount of resin and hardener mixed. The greater the quantity, the greater the amount of heat generated and potential temperature.Mix on a flat surface or using a static mixer. Use caution when applying to heat sensitive objects. Wear gloves and avoid getting on skin or eyes. From the Manufacturer PC-Products, celebrating 75 years of “Fixing Your Things”, with quality, reliable repair products. Repair solutions for just about anything that needs repair or what you can manage to break. From Concrete to Wood restoration and heavy duty permanent repairs, we have you covered.Yeah; We can fix that

Review: Sticks great, it's easy to work with, and it's a great value for the price! - Bought this to adhere my security doorbell to sheer glass, and so far it's held beautifully. In fact, I had to move the doorbell after it had already been set in place. Used rubbing alcohol and gently pried it off. Seems like it would take alot to un-stick the doorbell under normal circumstances. Just wanted to mention that it sticks well, but It's not the end of the world if you need to move something you epoxy-ed. It's easy to work with, but bear in mind that once the epoxy and hardener are mixed, you don't have alot of time to work with it before it hardens. The four minutes advertised on the package is about right. I used a bamboo skewer stick to mix it, and used a piece of cardboard as a "palette" , that way I could just discard them after use. Another good idea is to set the item being glued, and then secure in place with duct tape to let the epoxy cure. But if you had to, you could pretty much hold it in place with your hand, it sticks and cures pretty quickly. I liked it so much, and it was so inexpensive, I decided to buy 3 more. I have epoxyed metal signs to a very rough-surfaced brick wall, because it's hard to screw or nail them in. Stuck perfectly, and seems to be on there pretty solidly. I will update this review at a later time to let you know how well it stuck over time, but so far it has exceeded my expectations. So overall it works, it's pretty easy to work with, and it's a great value considering the very low price. I highly recommend this!
Review: Good product. Works as shown. - The product works well. No surprises. . The stopper or lid/cap that holds the liquid mixtures in is well designed and comes on and off easily. You don’t have to cut the tips and deal with annoying snap-on caps/lids. The lid/cap simply twists on and off. I’ve used the product four times already removing and putting back the lid/cap. No mess and the cap/lid works and comes on and off without issues. . The plunger is smooth and trouble free. . The two liquids come out clear and transparent, but turn slightly opaque when mixed. The epoxy mixes into a liquid consistency similar to chocolate syrup rather than tomato catsup, so viscosity is not that thick, so it will run. I recommend using a tray to mix. I used a piece of cardboard and experienced some running. . When applying, note that the epoxy is lesser in terms of viscosity. It will run off your scraper and spill, so take care. But spillage is easy to clean with a wet paper towel. . Don’t over-apply. Just make sure you can get even costing on both aurfaces/sides of the materials to be bonded. . No nasty odors. . A couple of minutes after application, the epoxy feels sticky and rubbery, but that goes away and the material will turn rock hard after an hour or so. Epoxy dries clear. Hardly noticeable even after applied on a wooden door that is painted white. . Very good bonding. I used masking tape to clamp/hold the glued pieces together. And the tape came off easily after curing/hardening. . I would most definitely buy this product again.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: can this be used to glue a sheet of stainless steel to wood? thanks!**
A: As the product details say, "used to bond WOOD, METAL, glass, ceramic, concrete, and fabric."

**Q: Will it repair broken Indian pottery?**
A: This worked very well to repair some handmade ceramic pottery of mine. I can hardly see where the crack was.

**Q: Would this fix a rearview mirror that completely came off?**
A: At the auto part store they make an adhesive for rearview mirrors, about $10, clean the glass with 90% alcohol, use tape to hold the mirror plate in position.I would let it dry for 2 hours minimum.

**Q: will this work on crystal**
A: Regrettably, not in a safe, lovely or reliable way...what seems to work best for porcelain, crystal and glass is old fashioned Elmer's white glue, which actually dries clear, is non-toxic and does a relatively good job of adhering to porous surfaces. Admittedly, for crystal it is also not ideal...but crystal has a complex formulation, with lead and other metals melted into the silica of the glass...that is what makes it strong, thin, and ring like a bell. The PC clear epoxy does not work well on porous surfaces, and I would never drink from a glass mended with it! It would work if you were just mending it for cosmetic reasons...or perhaps reattaching a stem, rather than a portion of the drinking surface. I have used the Devcon epoxy for many glass repairs quite successfully, but I would still be careful with drinking from any repaired surface, but it does adhere to porous surfaces better. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Small problem with Dispensing but works fine
*by E***S on November 26, 2022*

I used this for gluing a broken piece of ceramic together and also for kintsugi, mixing it with mica for color. It worked great as an epoxy, and for the kintsugi, filled a hole and dried hard as metal. So that function it great. I did however downgrade the “ easy to use” rating, because it didn’t dispense evenly. When I first pushed the plunger, it came out of one side before it did the other, as if there was an air bubble in one side. The amount evened out as I continued to push, and I dispensed more than I needed, to decrease the difference. It did dry hard, as a stated above, so maybe the 2 parts don’t have to be exactly the same amounts, but I did think it was worth mentioning. There was one feature that was very useful. The cap that you put Back on to store it only goes on one way, so you don’t have to remember how you took it off. There is no danger of left over harder in the cap mixing with left over resin in the plunger and glueing the whole thing shut.
