The only way anyone will lose belly fat with this book is if they toss it in the recycling bin then stop eating at fast food restaurants and start cooking real food at home. Otherwise, the advice in this is a mish-mash of popular "wisdom" that has been disproven already many times: Any recipe containing sugar, alcohol (more sugar), fruit juice (more sugar), wheat, rice, corn or starchy root vegetables is the exact opposite of what anyone needs to lose weight, especially in the belly area. That is about half of the recipes. Pretty much mostly useless. There are a couple of decent recipes but it's not worth spending any money on something anyone can get on the internet for free. This book is just a money grab of conglomerated words strung together to fill space. You'd be a dummy to buy it for sure.
