Round Baking Pan,Pizza Pan,Nonstick Baking Pizza Pan,Carbon Steel By Chuanyue (12inch Shallow pan)

I liked the pan - though it was a little bit bigger than I needed. I was trying to replace one of my favorite round baking sheets that had a small rim around the diameter of the pan. This did have a little rim - but the underside edging around the perimeter was a little rough to the touch. All in all, though, it serves its purpose and I'm glad I purchased it.

The 12" pan was measured from the outside including the outer edge. Inside measurement was too small for my needs. Very good quality though.

Pan is good.. made some sausage rolls and did have some leftover crud that stuck to the pan. Had to work to get it off, but overall I am happy with the product. gave it 5 stars

Better than aluminum pans it browns the crust and gives a nice crisp

What I like the least...It scratches when you cut the pizza. Wish someone could make a pizza pan that does not scratch. Do not have anything to cut a pizza on.
