The hibernate mask is really a cocoon where you are in complete silence allowing you to fall asleep peacefully! I combine the mask with 3M soft ear plugs Which block out all sounds ! Thank you sleeping like a baby !

The product is well made, as it should be for the price. The eye mask works a treat and the earmuffs do reduce the external noise without totally eliminating it.I use a very hard orthopaedic pillow, but I have had to change this as it was impossible to get comfortable due to the earmuffs.I would imagine that the product would be excellent if used on a flight.Due to the high price, I hope that the straps do not stretch, only time will tell.

I bought this because my toilet in rented accommodation is ghost flushing. Periodically I can hear the flushing noise in the pipes and then a clunk when it's finished at night, which was keeping me from getting to sleep.The noise isn't very loud and I don't notice it during the day, only the quiet of night.This product failed to block out the noise of the ghost flushing, thus it did not help me to get to sleep at night.That said, it did block the noise of distant cars which may help some very light sleepers.It was comfortable enough to lie in the bed with, including on my side.To be honest, I should have known that this product would not help me. It sayd ~25NRR. A quick DuckDuckGo / Ecosia of the decibel level chart demonstrates that a quiet room or falling rain is 30 - 40dB.Further research showed me that to roughly calculate the decibel reduction from NRR, you subtract 7 and then divide by two.Therefore this product only offers [(25/2) - 7] ~= 6dB of noise reduction. This reduction in sound is not a lot if the sound isn't already quiet.

Very comfortable on the ears, however the eye mask can be quite tight. Overall and excellent product if you have noise issues at night, worth trying!

I use this every night. It doesn't block out all the noise but goes a long way and helps me find comfort.Loosen the strap if you find it uncomfortable.

I have 2 cats and live in a busy city where it never quite gets dark or quiet at night. I have tried so many different products to help improve my sleep and get the coveted good nights sleep. The hibermate is a miracle! It’s soft mask is shaped to block out all light, even at the bottom of your nose. The ear muffs are soft and block out a surprisingly good level of noise. It feels like a wonderful cocoon and has improved my wellbeing at night and during the day.

Really good quality. Blocks out sounds perfectly as described. Only issue I have is I can't get in deep sleep with it on wake with ears aching, but maybe I have sensitive ears. Still I do get more sleep than I would without when its noisy neighbour's so I will use and would recommend. I'm a side, sometimes front, sleeper.
