The scissors for dicing are difficult the clean and don’t work that well but the standard ones are awesome

Excellent for the?price. Both the kitchen shears and herb scissors are functional and useful. The kitchen shears are study enough to cut through most food in cooking. I particularly love the herb cutting scissors they are perfect for what I needed to cut my fresh herbs and seaweed. They are both extremely sharp which helps the job go much faster. These are the best kitchen scissors and the price is incredible. I originally wanted the one pair to cut herbs and it is very good for that but the other pair which were a bonus to me, cut through fish scales which is very hard with a regular scissor. Best deal!

I love to cook and the herb scissors are perfect and so safe. A precision cut for fresh herbs. The kitchen scissors are great!

The blades are very sharp, but each pair has the blades protected. I particularly like the herb shears for cutting cilantro and parsley. They both handle easily and do not stick nor require a lot of force. I would highly recommend these scissors.
