Naifu D67
These knives seem very sharp, although I can't comment on how long they keep their sharp edge as I have returned mine. I gave them 3 stars because they lack beauty and that refined look that you get with other established brands of Japanese knives, i.e. Shun, Kasumi, Yaxell, etc.Naifu D67 knives have full tang, which is a plus. However, the handle is covered with rubber that doesn't sit completely flush with the bolster (makes me wonder if it would still be in place after prolonged use or perhaps it would start coming away at the edges of the handle and become perfect ground for harbouring bacteria...), the steel looks dull and matte compared to my other knives, which have mirror-like finish.A couple of positive words about the seller - the delivery was fast and return/refund was hassle-free.In conclusion, if you are on the lookout for decent quality knives in the kitchen, these would do the job and they are not too expensive. But if you are looking for something special, explore your other choices.
