Thus is a great little watch. The app is easy to use and so is the watch itself. Setup was easy but I had issues with step counter. It didn't register any steps at all. I asked the seller for advice and was advised to wait for it catch up. This was rubbish. I waited for over 3 hours and everything else worked except that. I googled some ideas and decided to reset the device. I did this and it has worked fine since.The sleep info is really interesting and seems to be pretty accurate.The steps and calorie info is accurate comparable to what I get on my phone.Very happy.

Excellent watch, would give it more than 5 stars if I could. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Did have a look at a Fitbit but when I tried it on it felt heavy and uncomfortable. The AIEX is very light and comfortable even when sleeping. I can not praise it enough. However, it would be great if a selection of different straps or bracelets were available, eg, patterned stainless steel and/or bracelet type for evenings out.

Amazing Product and EASY TO USEI bought a smart watch to use before, but my mom really loves it. SO I buy this for her this time. In comparison with mine, this one is easier to use (I think this is really important for my mom). It can meet my mom's requirements to test steeps and heart rates, and it has the function of finding phones and taking photos. Althought sometimes the steps are more than reality, it is ok for daily use. The a little bad thing is that we still do not find how to use the function of sleeping test. There is no mention on apps and the smart watch, and we do not find this function on manual. Anyway, it is an amazing product with good price.

I have purchased 4 of these watches, 1 for myself and 3 for family members. After purchasing the one for myself and seeing how great it was I decided to buy 3 more as gifts. What a shambles that was. After a month of use all of the 3 watches I purchased as gifts have stopped working completely, which is very disappointing considering my one is currently still going strong. A very hit or miss product and the statistics of your one actually working is not very likely.

I love this watch. First of all I have a heart condition, so I need to exercise well and monitor my heart rate frequently, this is the only watch I've had that monitors my heart rate throughout the day so that I can see exactly when it got high or low without actually stopping and checking it myself. For me that makes it a fantastic tool.The app is very easy to use, you can monitor and change your targets to suit you.The battery life is good, I've had the watch for five days now and only charge it twice for about 30 minutes each time.Plus I'm a dog groomer and so far it's held up brilliantly against getting soaked and slightly knawed on by puppies - it's not even scratched! I wasn't expecting it to be so good for such a cheap watch.Only thing was it took me a little while to figure out how to charge it - turns out I was plugging it in upside-down!

I really wanted this for the heart rate monitor - and it failed to impress. I do a treadmill workout and know my HR is over 100 for the whole 1/2 hour. This tracker bounced about (50 to 130, I never reach 130!) all over the place. The display was also a disappointment - its fixed to 24 hours so if you want to focus on a segment (a workout for example) tough. The 'detailed' heart rate graph only tracks average and both the max and min for the day did not align to the homepage heartrate chart for the same day.edit: On the 4th day of using it did appear to track the treadmill activity a little more accurately, but I am not convinced. Some threads suggest wearing it under your wrist rather than on top of your wrist (like a watch) as the skin under is less tanned and easier for the sensors to "see" through. I didn't find either way better.The steps tracker is also WAY off reality. My smartphone says 4,450 the tracker says 750!!The sleep monitor appears to work, however, does not show REM sleep. the sleep/awake times do appear to be correct.The instructions are in tiny-tiny light text and a nightmare to read, even with good light and glasses.On the plus side, it is well built, easy to charge, easy to wear and not bulky. I've been swimming with it and it's still working and the App was easy to install and, excepting the issues above, works well and is intuitive to use.Would I buy it again? No. Do I hate it enough to send it back? Also No.

This tracker works fine and performs the main functions well enough. So for the price it does well. So why three stars? Well, the bluetooth connectivity isn't great. If the bracelet loses it's connection (gets separated) from your phone you may have to re-boot your phone to get the connectivity back. This is the advice of the manufacturer who blame the phone manufacturer. Strange as all phone manufacturers seem to be at fault...It does work with the Google fitness app, but not with my other Android fitness app, which is a little annoying. However, for the price, I shouldn't complain too much. The recommended manufacturer's app works ok, with a few glitches. It is functional though.Basically, I am not unhappy with it and for the price, I still think it is good. Could it be better, definitely, but then most things could be better, right?
