Powder, not oily. Applies great.
I bought this for my daughter, who is 7. She absolutely loved it! Originally we got her a different make up set by a different manufacturer and it was horrible. It just made her face greasy, so I promised her I would find a set that was like my make up. This set didn’t disappoint! It is powder and applies like regular make up. The bag that came with it has been great for her to store it. Highly recommend.

Cute set for the beginner glamour girl
I got this as a gift for a 7 year old niece. She was very happy to get her own make up kit. We liked the many pieces that it comes with and the cute eye shadow colors.

Cheap-Kid make up is right
I would have been better off going to the dollar store. The zipper on the bag is sticky And hard to open and close. The nail polish is peal-off and the pink lip stick is dark pink which is ok but it gets all over everything.
