We bought this to use on our Hawaii vacation - we knew with taking home souvenirs that the weight would be close. This was VERY accurate (matched the airport scales almost perfectly) ... it is easy to hook to the handle of your suitcase, and easy/comfortable to life to weight. It has a nice case so you can throw it in your suitcase and it doesn't take up much room. Highly recommend.

This is a great luggage scale! We were planning a big trip to India and we wanted something that we could use to measure our suitcases before we left, but also pack it to use on the flights within India where luggage restrictions are completely different than international flights. This allowed us to weigh our luggage at every stop and helped us decide how many more souveniers we could buy to take with us, or what we needed to move to a different bag, etc. It also displays both lbs and kgs, so it's great for US and International travel. I found that the weight this scale displayed was accurate and very similar to the weight displayed at the airport. It's been so useful, many family members and friends have asked to borrow it!

This device does what it was intended to do. The electronic scale is very easy to use, affordable and very accurate. However, the one negative aspect is very heavy loads. The product seems like it will break after continued use with weights above 50 lbs. This digital scale is a must for anyone who packs luggage on the "heavy" side and flirt with over weight charges.

I got this one to replace a different and cheaper one that was dead on arrival. This one is very nice and seems better built than the cheaper on amazon. . It comes with normal batteries (not a button type), looks very nice, and has a very nice bright blue display. After you weigh it, it has a hold feature so you can see the weight. No need to try to remember while holding a 50lb luggage. It also beeps.It comes with a nice soft carrying bag too, which is really nice to have. This is basically perfect unless you wanted to shave off a couple of ounces with a lighter one that uses a button battery which are annoying when the battery dies and then you need to go to the store to find the special batteryIf this review was helpful, please vote that that was helpful. This product was fantastic! I measured our single bag getting started between two bathroom scales and this hand held charm matching every time. The real proof was when I made the final additions and measured 44.8 pounds with the Dunheger scale which was exactly what the RDU scales read. When packing to return from Ohio, I measured 48.8 pounds that became 49 pounds at CVG. It was easy to use and quickly provided the information I needed to ensure my bag was below the limit. I look forward to applying it again and again.One note about using the instrument. The instructions state to slowly pick up the bag from the floor which worked very well, but my large roller bag sometimes started to spin or swing which through the measurement off a bit. When I slowly raised the bag, I was always within .1 pounds of actual weight.
