You get a SCOBY and two cups of starter tea, in flavor of your choice heat sealed in a bag. Fermentation Goodies brews four different types of kombucha with batches of black, white, green, and purple tea. Just select what type of tea you would like your SCOBY from! Just because you start brewing in one type of tea does not mean you have to stick with it. Please note that the color of each SCOBY will vary too. Fermentation Goodies will provide an instruction sheet for setup and initial care along with a brewing log so you can get your start in the ancient practice of brewing kombucha.
