Listen people ... it’s not a miracle pill. I’ve read reviews and everyone is crying about “it doesn’t do this” “it doesn’t do that”... Take the pill(I take two), go eat a pizza, workout about 1 1/2 hours later and then look at your pumps, look at your veins, look at your strength. It’s not a weight lose pill(that’s why you do it with a cheat meal and that’s once every 5-7 days) but the pill definitely works as long as you ac tally know how to train and do your macros through the duration of your program. Stop whining and actually lift weights!

I started taking these about 2 months ago and it has really positively impacted my health. my overall gut health is just so much better now that I started taking these. it helps break down the foods and helps me feel better. this is a great product

I don't typically write reviews but felt like I had to for this product. I bought it after seeing a fitness coach I've been following for years say she uses it before an off-plan meal to help with bloating etc. I've used it on several occasions before a meal that consists of more carbs than I usually have and did not feel like it worked. I've tried other "Carb blockers" that can actually tell work - no post-meal bloat, my uncomfortableness from my body processing the extra carbs. This did NOTHING. I felt bloated, uncomfortable, etc. even after only having french fries. Would not recommend
