1: missing parts. Doesn't come with teflon, washers, or flange the instructions asks for you to use. It's ok though all you need is teflon.2: instructions is missing crucial steps. you can figure it out, but it should really be more clear.3: cheap parts. everything can and will strip and crossthread. some of the threadings came messed up.Here are some tips that should be helpful for your install:Thread EVERYTHING on and off before you install. Make sure it goes on straight because these parts WILL cross thread.The hoses crossthread especially bad. Teflon seems to help. Use it here. Do as much work with the hoses before you install it in a tight space. My hoses were too long meaning I need to move the T-piece around to screw them on with out cross threading them. Tighten the hoses to the T-piece while the faucet and valves are loose to give your self wiggle room. Once they are on tighten the faucet and valves up. All ways remember to watch for cross threading!!The upsides are that it looks decent, it has more water flow than the original, is inexpensive, and the valves look very easy to service. If it lasts that long.I dunnu, but i wouldn't mind paying twice as much for a higher quality part.

But, about 35 minutes later; it was a functioning non-leaking, shiny, new center set in my garden tub. It was also the least expensive, most like the one in our double wide mobile home; I could find anywhere on the internet. SO, AWESOME!Now, it is much easier to assemble the entire under tub kit then install the under kit and top kit together. The instructions were not to clear on this point but I found this the easiest way. Undoubtedly, you will leave some of your knuckles under the tub, or gain a few little bruises, or cuts. In the end though, you will always be happy once it's working, enjoy your bath and soak those hands, they'll heal quickly!Mari Freeman

Perfect! So glad I looked here before buying a $100+ fuacet at ??????? which didn't even come with the right stuff. This hase everything except the tub. Note: ordered this do to hot water dripping in tub. Already replaced washers, still had drip so relaced entire set up with this. This was SO VERY much cheaper than anywhere else. (Cheap price wise, still very good quality.) Water bill has got to be less now. My hot water heater is electric.... My first bill after changing this was near $50 less than what it has been running!!!!!!!!!!!! Was excited to see that, just wished I'd done it sooner, kinda sick to think how much $ has dripped down the tub drain.

We needed to put a new faucet set up in the garden tub in the master bath and this one worked just fine, looks nice, so we were well pleased with it and were glad to be able to get it online.

Works well and fit with minor adjustments to the tub. Don't be too rough or tighten it too much, as it is plastic.

rable as expected. Spend more for metal faucet and spout connections or you may be replacing this sooner than you would like.

The faucet is nothing fancy but it was just what I needed, installed it myself (56 year old female) and NO MORE WATER LEAKS! Seller got it to me 2 days after I ordered, much quicker than I expected! Needless to say I am HAPPY, HAPPY HAPPY!

Great! Works perfectly as a replacement. The only thing you have to watch for is either purchasing the seals (where water connects to the handles), or retrieve them from the old handles. It took me an extra hour of work to realize that tidbit.
