Approximate length is 3.5 inches X Width of 2 inches.

Does this thing have a strong pull/motors? I want to use it for a robotics project and need it to support around a pound or less.

I would be careful with anything close to a pound. With a 1-lb weight on it, it was pretty slow and had trouble turning. I suppose if you'll be removing the turret or some of the insides, it would shave off a little weight, but I wouldn't expect it to be operational with any more than a pound. It's made to work with its extremely light weight. The best of luck to you with your project!

How long does it take to charge? And when you guys charge is the Red light on during the process? How do you know when its fully charged

It takes about 20 min for a full charge. The red light on the controller will be on while charging. When the red light turns off it is done charging.
