I really like the grip of this knife as it is very comfortable. The steel used it top of the line Damascus which I very much appreciate, the blade itself is extremely sharp and cuts through anything without struggle. I made some Tuna sashimi with this knife and it cut the Tuna with ease, also the the knife passed the infamous paper cut test with flying colors.
