After having 2 babies two babies (2016&2017 I know crazyy!!!) it was hard to see my body not the way I was used to. This best is helping me to shape my upper body and recuperate my old body. It is v ru comfortable to wear. Love it!

I like this shaper/brace/insulator way more than I thought I would! I am recovering from surgery so I cannot exercise yet, but I have been using another brace (the kind with the Velcro and elastic "belt" to tighten) to help hold my abdominal muscles together and to provide support while healing. The Velcro one I had been using did the job, but is so bulky and I comfortable I can only wear it at home. This one is a slim enough fit that I wore it under a fairly fitted t-shirt today and no one was the wiser!I was a little nervous putting it on, thinking surely I was going to zip up some of my skin (I'm about 5'4", 154lbs-medium to thick build with a squishy mummy tummy) but it was not difficult at all to fasten the hooks then the zipper without pinching any of my skin. I wear a size 12 in pants, usually a 10 in dresses, and medium to large shirt, and the medium fits fine on the loosest hook. It is snug and I like that if I loose some weight I can tighten it with the hooks.It did give a nice warmth, and although it didn't restrict movement it gave a nice pressure, which helps me remember to correct my posture (have a sway back).It also didn't bunch or roll so that is nice!I am very pleased!

I have to say that I absolutely love this Waist Clincher, it fits me just like a glove and it’s very comfortable. I stopped wearing them because they were either too tight and I could barely breathe while wearing them! This one, the style, the fit is absolutely amazing, I highly recommend to all the ladies, and I’m going to have all my friends order one ASAP!

I've had ones that are rubber like material and this one is pretty much the same. Although the fabric on the outside conforms to your body, it holds up as a workout trainer. Will up date in a few weeks if I can!

I really wanted to like this item. I bought 2 sizes, a medium and a large. The medium was way too small and the larger was meh. I do normally wear a medium top, can get away with small and large tops as well. However, I do have a belly. On another note, the little hooks on the inside made this thing uncomfortable. When I tried it on it was just weird, really awkward to sit and bend over in. I bought it in anticipation to wear it to the gym. I’ve lost a good amount of weight and needed something to keep my midsection together.... this was not a keeper. I returned both items.

I ordered a small and I wear size 12-14. I love the product and the price is the cherry on top. I've been using it for less than a month and I already see a change in my waistline.

For the price I honestly wasn't expecting to much. However these things are thick and help hold me in, there are a few things I'd like to fix but minor compared to every other one I have tried. I'm normally a size large so I ordered down and got a medium and I honestly probably could have stretched a small. If your looking for something that will help hold you in then this is worth the money.

I am excited to have this wonderful new item! This is my first time wearing a waist cincher other than under formal attire. I’m a very active and athletic person, and this will be great for me! Even only wearing it for a few minutes I can stand taller and feel my core sweating.The material feels very durable, and the hook and eye closures made it super easy to zip. The boning is quite flexible, so I can wear it while working out and playing softball! I’m a beach bum, and I REALLY love keeping my waist looking good in my bikinis- thank you so much!-Kimberly Verbyla
