only a case - not a complete fob
This is just the case - but easy to change. There is a QR code for programming that is a little confusing (don't follow it)...just swap the components of previous case with the new one!

Great product, easy to transfer the inner parts to the case
that was excellent. Very easy to transfer the inner parts to this case. It works beautifully. If I ever have know that there was such a case, I would not have to deal with the "rubber" case for years.

Does not fit 2004 Toyota Tacoma key fob
This does not fit a 2004 a Toyota Tacoma key fob as advertised. It broke when I tried to make it work now I can't return it. complete waste of money

Seems fine so far... (as of 05/2025)
I have a 2005 Highlander and I just received my replacement remote shell today. today, The internals of the old remote fit perfectly into this replacement case. I checked its function and it seems to work but I'm only 15 minutes into having the old parts installed into the new case and it appears to work fine. I will mention that the panic button rubber is not affixed to the case so you need to be careful when reassembling but so far so good. I'll update if I find out anything different.
