Are the primary and secondary windings isolated

No, it is not. It is an autotransformer

Does this transformer work on electronically controlled devices? And devices that have auto on/off features or are temperature controlled?

Yes, this is basically a step down transformer, this plugs into a 220 or 240 Volt AC outlet and puts out 120 or 110 Volt pure sine wave AC, most things made for that voltage will work just the me same as it did plugged into a 110/120 volt outlet. Note the frequency is still 50 hertz not the normal 60 hertz. A fan will run slower, most modern equipment will not be affected by the frequency difference as they convert the AC voltage to DC and use voltage regulators to make the voltage correct. Make sure you check the wattage on the device you want to use and have room for a startup surge so you don’t blow the fuse when starting a device. If still in doubt google “step down transformers” powering a device like you want to use. Hope this helps.

Does this transformer have a nrtl listing?

This transformer is CE Certified.

Can I use this on a deyer?

No, you cannot use it with a dryer.

I haven't written a full review yet because i have not used it yet, but I can confirm that the product seems durable and heavy-duty. I ordered two 300W units, and both arrived with a broken fuse.
