I liked the fact that this works really well to remove any uneaten food or waste in between weekly maintenance. It was easy to put together - the baster attaches to the straw with a piece of tubing about the size of a piece of penne pasta. I also like the fact that it does not scare my creatures when I use it. It is an excellent tool that I have found invaluable in the care of my tank.

These work well in getting all the stuff at the bottom of our 75 gallon tank. Easy, simple, and effective!

Not amazing or bad. If its the right price for you, you can make it work.

The main thing works fine but extension tubes break any suction very easily. Ok product.

Works great in my dish tank

Pretty bad suction, the extension is nice I’ll use it on a different “baster” with much better suction for the reach but probably could have picked up a tube and cut some hosing for less. Fine for the price and probably really good for feeding shrimp where you want the food in a dish. Used to clean a deep tank and just found the suction to be unbearably slow.. I have no patience

These work great for quick clean ups. The extensions are very helpful in my 29gal tank.

I don't know how this can be advertised as a gravel cleaning tool. There isn't enough suction to get the water up more than halfway. I gave it 3 stars because it's probably useful for other aquarium purposes just not what I was looking for.
