It's OK pillow. But certainly not the quality you'd expect from Harley Street.I can't imagine it lasting long time but only time will tell. It does the job for now.But for this price I would expect a memory foam pillow of better quality and better orthopedic benefits.

100% would recommend for anyone who has trouble sleeping, back problems from sleeping, or just wants a pillow shaped perfectly for cuddling. Super comfortable, and I now can't imagine my bed without it!!

I’ve recently had back surgery and this has really helped to sleep while im in recovery.

Over many years of playing rugby and other contact sports I've developed some injuries that up until a week ago prevented getting a comfortable night sleep.
