Works as advertised. Installed it at the top of a side We bought this because-by-side refrigerator.We had issues with an impulsive child waking up in the middle of the night and helping himself to ice cream, cake, etc.Comes with 2 keys. The keys stay in the lock until you unlock it, I guess as a safety feature to keep you from losing them.The cable sometimes gets in the way of closing the refrigerator door, so you need to be aware of that and not just push the door closed as you turn and walk away. This isn't a design issue, probably more to do with my choice of placement and the design of the refrigerator door.I've found that I can bend the cable behind the door fridge handle and get it to stay in place while I get stuff out of the fridge.. this keeps it from getting in the way.Next time I might search for a combo lock version so I don't have to remember keys, but this solved my immediate need.

So we bought this lock because my roommates and I like to have the occasional party like any other social person, that being said some POS kept stealing our food during these parties, we eventually found out who this person was after they spilled an ungodly amount of ketchup on our couch. Now you might be asking what he needed the ketchup for and why didn’t he clean it up? Well he used the ketchup to eat 7 of my god damn hashbrowns and he said “yo dude I’m sorry I tried to clean it up and it just got worse.” This man lied to my face about cleaning up a mess so now we call him KeTchup emphasize the T cause his name starts with a T. He’s been voted out of the friend group and now the locks keeps any other degenerates from eating out food. 10/10 would recommend. Anyone named Tristan is a horrible person don’t let them into your house or near your food.

I bought this because my son had recently turned the fridge off without me knowing and spoiled all our food. It was easy to install and serves it purpose. The seller emailed me before I received it with instructions and again after I received it to ensure delivery and understanding of how to use it. I'd say the customer service is excellent! My only complaint is that key is a bit difficult to get into one of the locks, but it goes in the other just fine. Overall, it's great and I would recommend.

Our teen, who has no impulse control, broke in the fridge - stealing his brother's sugar cookie dough and fizzy drinks - the locks were too easy for him to pry off the adhesion. I tried to glue them on with shoe glue - still got them off. Trying super glue next! Alas - next will be to drill holes in the side of the fridge and add some metal hardware!

Install amazingly easy, peel and stick to any surface. The adhesive does have a strong hold and will not fall of by itself but an adult would easily be able to losing the adhesive backing. Make sure the area is clean that your apply the lock to in order to get the best adhesion to the surface.

Purchased to keep my teen locked out. Easy to install. Looks nice on my wine cooler. Gave 4 stars because box came crushed. Otherwise nice product. Will give update in a few weeks.

I like these they work great but they can easily be taken off

I ordered these for a daycare, they have been on since the day they came in, month or more. I was worried they wouldn't last long but so far so good. My 13 year old even pulled on the doors trying to get them open. Took some time to get use to them with needing the key but, is easy to do even with one hand.
