It is good but it is rather bland.. **Q: The package was Horrible, no ice and take a long time to deliver I think six days why?** A: The Pkg container they use is packaged using DRY ICE, It evaporates rather than getting things wet. Perhaps contact the carrier who delivered yours because they usually deliver 2-3 days I believe. **Q: is it halal meat?** A: Yes this is Halal meat. **Q: how do you cook it if frozen?** A: You can find the cooking instructions on our product listing page - it is one of the images. We recommend that you thaw before use. You can cook from a frozen state but it would be difficult to separate the Gyros Slices and you may have to break them apart. I would certainly buy from them again and do recommend this Seller. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Real gyro meat *by T***N on October 26, 2024* Good value and awesome flavor and quality ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good stuff but less costly elsewhere *by I***P on November 3, 2024* Arrived today and we did a taste test. The gyro meat was all in one plastic package that was placed in a silver cooling bag. It did not arrive frozen but was cold. The weight of the meat and the clear bag it's packed in clocked in at just under 5 pounds. (It's listed and sold as 5 pounds of meat.) As for taste, we cooked up some as is, straight out of the bag. It was good but not as flavorful as we prefer. We sprinkled some Cavender's on the second batch and that made a big difference. We prefer our gyro meat to be sliced a bit thicker but that's just a personal preference.
