I just got the item and it seem to work fine. I did have a failure with the setup and the firmware upgrade but it seems to help if you dont let your phone screen go off during either of this events. It seems to work just as fast as the offical amazon switch. Hopefully nothing changes with the quality of the service that supports this device.

I'm not used to writing reviews but this one deserves. It's easy to setup (I use Smart Home app) and quick. I don't know about how long it's going to last, but...Once you add as many of this as you might have, you can just sync your account with Google Home (assistant) or Alexa, and it will "automagically" be shown.It responds so quickly to your command. In less than a second, it will turn on/off accordingly.You'll find so many options from $10 to $40 that will do exactly the same. Nothing more. So, highly recommend.

It is a pretty good product which hits most of the right notes. The app is easy to navigate, and thus makes the pairing process really simple and quick without any complications. Works as it is supposed to and connects well to both Alexa and Google Home. It's not the most good looking smart plug but once you have it plugged-in in a corner you won't be bothered about how it looks but how it performs. And it performs top notch for the price it comes at.The product looks reliable but it would have been even better if I could set it up using the 5 GHz wifi.

It took a little while to set up with the app, but once that was done it works flawlessly. I've been using 4 plugs to control all of the great room lamps for over a month now, and Alexa "Turn on the lights" always works correctly.

Would not pair with Alexa. The app it tells you to use does have it listen as an option to connect with. Spend the money and buy the brand name it is so much easier to set up.

Easy to use. Simple instructions and works as advertised. Gave one to my dad to use in India and glad to know that it supports both 220v (US) and 110v (India)

Plug is perfect; small, easy to install and works as described. Great product! Customer service is fantastic and very responsive to questions. Very happy!

The product is enough for my necessities, it took me a week to configure it because my wifi is a little bit different so you need to have a router mandatory!
