So far, so good!
I have only taken this product for two days so far, but after three weeks of portion control and regular exercise with slow and steady results (3 lbs down in 3 weeks), I lost 3 lbs overnight. Probably water weight, but I guess we will wait and see what the future holds. I am caffeine sensitive, so I have been taking just 1 capsule, and haven't had an issue with jitters, dizziness, or inability to fall asleep (I take it before 2pm to be safe). Just have a little more pep in my step. Will definitely keep taking and will try to update after I've taken the whole first bottle. I do not believe in miracle pills or quick fixes for weight loss, but I was looking for something to give me a little more energy to help push me along my desired path. It is working as expected and can't beat the price!

Gentle energy!
Other supplements give you that crazy kick of energy that can give some people like me anxiety.... this supplement is complete opposite! Very gentle and I haven't had to drink coffee since starting this. Thanks!!

Great boost!
Bought these for my husband so he could have have a little boost of energy in the morning. He says they work amazing and he’ll never go back to anything else! He can tell a major difference. He takes 2 a day. Will for sure be purchasing again.

Boost of morning energy!
I am not a coffee/tea drinker and I was trying to reduce my soft drink consumption. But I needed something to boost my energy in the morning. These give me just the boost I need!

Helps reduce bloating.
I got this product based on reviews claiming increased energy. I used it along with two keto products and another green tea. It works for me to reduce bloating as it makes me go to the restroom more. I am always on the go so the extra energy it provides is welcome in addition to helping me lose weight.

Not a fan
I bought this hoping for a boost in the mornings, but they did not sit well with me. I would suggest taking them with a large meal. After taking just one pill I became jittery and extremely anxious. My stomach also was upset after taking.

It seems to work well.
The energy boost aspect, I can definitely say works. As for the weight loss, it's too soon to really say but it claims to increase metabolism and I can 100% tell it does curb appetite. Between those two things, and my dieting, I'm encouraged that I'll start loosing a lot more quickly then I would without it.

Great boost of energy!
I wanted to try this for a boost of energy. I have Rheumatoid and really lack energy because of it on a daily basis. Mornings are especially hard to get going. I have been using this for a little over a week and I love it! It has given me that boost that I needed in a natural way and I will continue taking it for a long time. Highly recommend!
