This came with NO instructions. So I got on YouTube. Because you can kind find anything on YouTube. Well sure enough i found a video that explained things simply . I removed my old VERY cracked phone screen, which quickly came apart in pieces. I then proceed to apply my new screen,watching the video carefully.the video said to test your new phone screen by connecting it to phone,to insure that the screen is working. You do this before you press the new screen to the adhesive,because it's really difficult to remove a bad screen. Well I did this, my NEW screen was dead. Nothing. So I now have a phone which I can't use. I called Amazon and was told no replacement screen would be sent, so I got a refund. My old screen is in splinters. My new screen is dead.
