    Extremely poor quality and service.

I was sold a complete lemon. It never functioned properly. Constantly giving errors and misprinting misaligned labels. Errors were completely random, with the machine function properly intermittently. The build quality is roughly equivalent to a $59 HP printer, this is not a joke. The only resolution was for me to pay to ship it to them, wait several weeks and they will attempt to recreate the problems and maybe fix them. DO NOT BUY, you will regret it I promise.
