Yes, these kernels seem to be of good quality. My husband and I each consume 15 per day, along with healthy eating for cancer prevention. We have been watching my nephew healing from Stage 4 Prostrate Cancer by eating a healthy organic plant based diet & consuming 500mgs of Laetrile, 3 x per day, purchased online, which is made from apricot kernels. Within 4 months his very high PSA of 242 had dropped to 22, and a tumor the size of a baseball in his scrotum area had shrunk to the size of a small grape and with NO side effects. In the 1920's a team of scientists visited the land of Hunza in the Himalayan Mts and found the people to be living well into their 100's and were completely cancer-free. Their main source of income was apricots. The Hunza’s were large consumers of the apricots, including eating the apricot kernels. In the 1940's - 50's Dr. Ernest Kerbs, a bio chemist, and his son, also a bio chemist, did numerous scientific studies and found that the kernel was capable of preventing and curing cancer. He developed a product from the kernel that he named vitamin B17 also called Laetrile, because it was essentially a vitamin. This product contained no chemicals and was totally natural. By the early 1970's Dr. John Richardson of San Francisco had cured well over 1000 patients with Laetrile/B17. These were patients that had previously been treated for cancer with surgery, radiation, and chemo which had failed, and were sent home to die. Of course once Big Pharma got wind of this healing they took Dr. Richardson to court accusing him of using a product that was not FDA approved. After all if a natural, non toxic, non chemical, product like Laetrile became widely used in place of surgery, chemo and radiation Big Pharma would go broke! It’s all about money. After intense study and watching my nephew heal, I believe apricot kernels or Laetrile/ B17 is the only sane reliable way to prevent and cure cancer!!!

I bought these for my husband who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. After reading through Cancer Step outside the box, we have decided that chemotherapy is out of the question. He is on an all organic diet and eats 2 apricot kernels every hour for a total of 25-30 per day. He goes back in for another scan in two weeks so we are very hopeful that these will help him.Update:Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers. I can only speak of my own family experience here because everyone and every case is different. After 3 months of an all organic diet with the apricot kernels regimen, a second scan showed his cancer had spread and spread rapidly. We had 2 options: Continue on or go with chemotherapy. Since we have two young children, we decided to go with chemotherapy. He has kept taking the kernels while undergoing his chemotherapy treatments. After 3 months, his liver and pancreas no longer have any cancer cells and his lungs are 90% clear of cancer. Now it's hard to say if the kernels had any effect or if his recovery is all due to chemotherapy. Based on the fact that his oncologist is amazed at how rapid his cancer is shrinking, I'm inclined to at least say the kernels are playing a major part. I would just like to caution anyone who is in late stages of cancer to keep an open mind to other options and not rely on the kernels alone to cure them. I think if caught early, these kernels could be a miracle but at certain advanced stages, it's going to take more than just a miracle and a kernel to help.

These are very bitter flavored natural almond look like seeds, but so good for health as they have amigdalyn a powerfull against cancer natural compound. For a 2 pounds pack is a great value. once you get used to snacking them, bitter is not a concern after all the goodness inside each seed.

They are great! I grind mine in the spice blended with 4 blades, and all of the kernels are grounded up. No small pieces are left! I mix them with orange juice and it is delicious! The bitter apricot kernels prevent cancer.

Excellent product. Do your research on how much to start off eating. Tastes great, don't forget to refrigerate. Flavor reminds me of Amereto liqueur.
