Ortho Molecular Products Adapten-All Capsules, 120 Count

I've been taking Adapten-All for three months to help with low adrenal function. Frankly, I destroyed my adrenals with bad food, lack of sleep, CAFFEINE, and not taking care of myself emotionally.For me, this product took at least two months to start to come on. It isn't a quick fix kind of thing. My doctor told me to hang in there and I did. At three months, I feel like I'm really starting to turn a corner.I craved caffeine for many months after I stopped drinking it. I think that for me, this was because my adrenal function was terrible. I felt like complete trash all day and then recovered and felt normal like at 8:00 at night. Then, I couldn't fall asleep when I needed to.The way taking Adapten-All has worked out for me is kind of like this. At first, I couldn't tell anything was happening. After a few weeks, I started to feel pretty good in the morning but I absolutely had to have a nap after lunch or I felt terrible. Unbelievable fatigue. But, after a few more weeks, that nap started getting pushed back more and more. The lights started coming on. Then one day, I didn't feel like taking a nap.After three months, I still don't feel 100% but I feel like I'm getting better all the time. Just being able to work during the day is a huge improvement from where I was at in October.

While I did not initially order from this site, Adapten All was recommended by my health care professional. The adrenals can take a long time to heal especially if your cortisol levels are near empty like mine (get a cortisol saliva test and you'll see!). I have been taking Adapten All for a month and am starting feel better! It's a bit pricey yet I'll still continue with it as my health is my most precious asset. UPDATE 9-16-12: have been ordering from Amazon with great satisfaction. Shipping and supplement quality are excellent. UPDATE 2-12-13: I've been off Adapten All to see if I still needed it. My body feels far less energetic, so I will order another batch and resume my protocol.

I have been taking Adapten-all for 3 years now1 and will continue taking it as long as I need it. This product has made such an improvement in my anxiety and adrenal fatigue I was diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency in 2004 and began looking for a solution since then. Unfortunately,I begun taking steroids to help my cortisol levels return to normal. This was a huge mistake! In six months I had been diagnosed with Cushing Syndrome and my cortisol levels were zero. I tried many products to help my body return to normal and this was the only one to truly help. I started with two pills twice a day, once in the morning and the second at lunch but now only take two pills a day. I would recoment starting with one pill and day and up the dose based on how you feel because it can be pretty powerful. Also be careful not to take this product to late in the day or you may have problems sleeping. Hope this helps!

I bought this for cost from my sister who knew an employee that worked for the company. I bought other supplements as well. The market is 3 times higher than what I paid. Makes me mad the company who manufactures this feels they need to make such a profit. Manufactured in wisconsin. I can't get them thru my sister anymore so I found the cheapest price here. The product works. An anti-aging doctor out of Minnesota told me about the product. After talking to sister I found out she was using ortho supplements and getting for cost. It was a good thing while it lasted.

Oh my gosh! Love this product! Working through The Whole Journey Candida Cleanse and discovered I had some adrenal fatigue which accompanies over 80% of ppl struggling with candida. THIS PRODUCT MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE! Where i once was in bed all day - I am now up and rocking it. 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 at lunch and I can make it all day and continue with the cleanse and life in general. highly recommend if you are battling moderate to serious fatigue. All of Ortho Moleculars products are game changers!

My primary care doctor recommende these to me for the ginseng. I was feeling pretty run down a lot and she wanted me to take ginseng with the added benefit of other vitamins. She felt that my adrenals were depleted. I can say I do notice the difference in my energy level when I take them. It doesn't make you have wired energy, I just notice that I'm more focused and not tired. And when it wears off, it is just a slow realiztion that I'm not as sharp as before. So, no crazy highs and lows. Nothing addictive. Just vitamins and ginseng in a formula that doesn't have things in too great of proportion.These can be used daily. Use them as directed. These are not for folks seeking some weired caffiene type rush. These are for normal folks who just need to have some more energy during their day.

I don't really know. It has only been a couple of weeks & I don't notice a difference. I gave it 4 stars because my Medical Doctor (integrative medicine, AND is board certified M.D.) recommended this & SPECIFICALLY THIS brand. I have a lot of faith in this doctor. She is helping treat my Chronic Fatigue and really seems to know her stuff. Her recommendations are all scientifically based, no hokey quackery. Also it was considerably cheaper on this site than on the site she originally recommended. It didn't matter to either of us what site I bought it on. I got it on Amazon because the price was better. I will try to give an update if I am feeling like it made a difference. She apparently thinks it will.
