So far so good. I have used the product for delicates and unmentionables. The clothing seems to be well cleaned and freshened. I plan to continue to use it this way, reducing the need for detergent and eliminating soap residues. My only complaint is with the documentation/users manual. The instructions were confusing probably due to translation issues. I have recommended this product to friends.Update, 9/19: product is no longer working. With a full charge, it lasts for only 10 minutes before turning itself off. Even light laundry does not get clean and fresh that quickly. I had been using the WashWow weekly, mostly for women's underwear, and really appreciated how clean the garments became, with no detergent residues. But at the price paid, I certainly expect it to work for more than 3 months, so I must now downgrade the product to 1 star.Update 9/29/19: seller was very responsive when I reached out to them about the problem. I have received a replacement unit and am hoping the problem does not recur. Great customer service!

Can’t believe it actually cleans clothes without harsh chemicals! You can see tiny bubbles foams from this tiny box, and smell like bleach. Definitely get rid of bad smells and organic stain(mild though). It is great for underwear and delicate clothing. Hope it can last long!

As mentioned in the video, Washwow Mini Washing Machine is a very unique product. It's very suitable cleaning of underwear. It is small in size and easy to carry. My girlfriend likes it very much! I like it,too.
