Selling a $30 product that cost $1 to make (yes yes add shipping and engineering to this too) you would think that someone at the factory where they made the art and literature for this pump would have someone that knows English to proof read it. It has terrible professional presentation for USA/English speaking consumers.It has a single button. Press once for 600ml to dispense. Press 2x for continuous dispensing. Has a single lithium 1200mAh battery inside. Does it work? Yes, is it worth $30? Absolutely not.

This water dispensing item is a well thought out product. It has increased our water intake 10 fold. We our a family of 9 (2 adults, 5 kids, and 2 fur babies). Installation is simple and self explanatory. Connect small thin tube into bottom of mechanism and then place tube with mechanism into your water bottle (3, 5, etc. gallon size). Comes already charged and when we charge it; it lasts over 2.5 weeks with constant use. Internal battery lasts very long. Easily charged with the included MICRO USB cord. We used an older cold that’s much longer (3 feet in length). This gives us the ability to charge it while attached to our 5 gallon bottle. We just charge it overnight and it’s fully charged and ready for another 2.5 weeks.Just added another into our shopping basket to use on our family trips in hotels, campsites, etc.WE LOVE THIS ITEM!We have 8 bottles which are 5 gallon in size. All filled with ALKALINE water and we just can’t stop using it! Easiest HEALTHY investment for our family of 9!!!👍🏼👍🏼

This was the best 5 gallon water bottle dispenser option I have seen. It works great and holds an almost full charge throughout the life of the bottle of water. One of the best purchases I’ve made!

Updating my review and lowering my overall rating to 1 star.The pump worked great for just over 2 months and now won't hold a charge and won't work. No warranty - no response from the seller.I bought a replacement pump last week for half the price from a competitor with a warranty.My original review:Living in an apartment, I needed good clean water without the option to install a R/O or any other machine to filter water. I looked at counter top filtration devices on Amazon for over $400. However, the reviews were mixed at best and too many people complained of coming home from work to find their kitchen flooded because it leaks!The solution? This ~$30 VISATOR 5 Gallon Water Bottle Dispense!!! Now I go fill up my four 5 gallon jugs at the water store once a month and have plenty of good clean water to drink every month! Much more affordable than that other option I just mentioned. Plus the jug sits upright so there is no way for it to leak.Only complaint it that it is a little noisy when you turn on the pump but it's not too bad. Other reviewers wanted it to screw on and don't like that it's not snug. This doesn't bother me. I get why they designed it the way they did. The wanted to ensure it fit all types of jug tops. It works and it doesn't need to be secured snugly to work.Buy this! It's a great solution for dispensing water. Makes everything easy!

Works fantastic, only 2 complaints, as it has gotten older, the 600ml function has started shorting me, I believe it is about 480ml now and slowly decreasing; however I have bot validated with the pump plugged in, only on battery power (most likely still works perfectly when plugged in). The battery does not last more than about 1gal at this point, 5 months into my ownership. At first the battery was lasting through a good 50+ gallons consistently, which is 5-9 days for my family. Occasionally it would go 12-14 days if it had lower usage. I was extremely happy during this time.The battery issues have only been on going for the months 4 and 5 of ownership, during which time we did take almost 4 weeks of vacation, so it had very low usage then. At this point 2 or 3 28oz cups and it just stops, so I leave it plugged in all the time now. I am planning on disassembling it sometime soon and seeing about replacing the battery in it. But, have not even looked into this yet.

This is the easiest product ever! Just attach the "straw" to the bottom and set the whole apparatus on top of the jug of water. Tap the button on top to turn it on; tap it again to turn it off. One charge of the battery has lasted for over five gallons of dispensing. Also, the spigot has not dripped once!

It works very well and I'm amazed in how long the charge lasts. Only complaint would be that the interior diameter is a tad-bit less than the outer diameters of the 5 gallon bottles we use and therefore it doesn't sit flat and will leak small drops of water, but further readjusting will solve the problem. Otherwise, it's a well-made product.

I bought this for our 5 gallon glass bottles we get delivered. It worked well for exactly 3 months and then just stopped working. Make sure if you buy this to keep the plastic top that comes with your bottles on the bottle and simply thread the (silicone) tubing through the perforated hole at the top of the cap on the water bottle That is if the water bottle you want to use this for has this option. Otherwise, this dispenser will be loose. This is more of an inconvenience than anything else because ours wobbled if we took off the cap at the top of the bottle and then put this dispenser on top. Asthetics wise though, it was a nice looking design.The positives are that it charges easily with a USB charger and is just a push button to operate to turn on and then push again to turn off.The negatives are that it stopped working after 3 months!! And it was wobbly on top of the bottle even though supposedly this was designed for a 5 gallon bottle, but that is not that big of a deal because it didn't fall off at anytime. Also this one shot water out at a pretty high rate which splashed water out of smaller glasses and our go bowl.
