Men's Waterproof Snow Boots Hiking Boot

So my first pair were bought in late October of 2019, I was actually working at Amazon as a Manager and I wanted a comfortable pair of shoes to walk in and I still wanted to wear nice-ish clothing to work. I read a lot of reviews back then and most mentioned that they wouldn't last more than a couple months. For $30 I thought that was fine; as long as they lasted through the Chicago Winter I'd be a happy customer. Plus they were advertised as waterproof which was a factor in my purchase. (They are waterproof and they aren't, they protect your feet from slush and snow but if it's raining you may want to cover the fur.) So as of February 9th, 2021 I have continued to wear that same pair from Late Fall to Early Spring. I've put about 10-12 months of use into these shoes. At Amazon I'd wear a step counter and I was walking about 5 to 8 miles 4-5 days a week. I shovel my driveway with these shoes. I wear these shoes out on dates (and get complimented). These shoes look good, feel good, and WILL last you at least a year. I honestly believe I could get another year or two, but I'm just giving you my honest review based off of my own experience. So the shoes last a pretty long time in a city that definitely isn't new to getting heavy snowfall. But how do the new shoes compare to the old ones? I have only noticed 2 differences since putting them on this morning about 2 hours ago. 1.) The fur is much thicker and provides much better insulation. Which is due to how much I've worn my previous pair I assume. 2.) The soles do provide better grip on ice. Obviously wearing a shoe for over 6 months will wear out the rubber soles a bit. Long story short... Other than wear and tear, the shoes are exactly the same aside from their color. If you want a cheap pair of shoes that will last you for at minimum a year, there really isn't much other options. These shoes are wonderful, I have referred so many friends and co-workers to buy a pair. If these shoes ever are discontinued I know I will be purchasing all of their color options and enough to last me at least another 10-12 years. So probably 6 pairs or so. Aside from my Sperry's Striper II's which are also waterproof, these are my 2nd favorite pair of shoes. Notes: I worked as an Amazon Manager, however I am no longer employed with or affiliated with Amazon in any way. This review was NOT based on receiving the product for free. (Total cost for 2 pairs was around ~$70) I do not write reviews often, I will only write a review when I really really love a product or really really hate a product. The shoes fit exactly to size, based on 2 separate purchases.

UPDATE 9/29/2020 - I have been wearing the second pair I bought that is a different color. I love the first ones so much I bought more. These are really nice also. Just as good a fit and light but sturdy. The first pair is holding up very well also and look very good. This is a great boot and and an outstanding company. You can not go wrong with these boots. After wearing these boots for almost two weeks, I can say I am satisfied. They offer much more comfort than most – great fit. They do not feel clunky or heavy - but at the same time – they are rugged and sturdy while walking, working and climbing over heavy rocks. By accedent they got the water proof test and passed. They are easy to clean and not hot even though it is over 80 degrees here in Texas. I don't know what the boot strings are made of - but they do not come loose like waxed ones do but resist water. They look like they cost much more than they did and the color/texture means I can wear them to restruants and outings (when we can do that again). I have ordered a pair for my son and I know he will be pleased.

They're a good value for money. The quality feels decent and they look very nice, but they are not very comfortable to wear. The soles are completely flat and stiff. I'm sure some insoles would fix the issue, but that's another $20-$30 on top of $30 boots, which at that price, you might as well get better boots at the $60-$100 price point. However, I've been pretty rough on these boots. Worn them in dirty, wet conditions and they performed well and kept my feet mostly dry. They aren't waterproof, but keep water out pretty well. They give plenty of grip with the classic, chunky rubber soles. If you need cheap, throwaway boots that look nice and survive a few jobs, then the price can't be beat. I'm very particular about what I buy. I'm sure to most people, these boots would be an excellent purchase.

I wasn't sure what to expect initially, but the other reviews and images definitely swayed me to give this these pair of boots a go. I wanted to find something that was both durable and stylish that I could wear daily- and these definitely filled both of those roles, and went way above my expectations- especially at this price point. - Solid material and make, clean and color was just as displayed from the seller's images. - Surprisingly soft interior. - Comfortable for my everyday wear and go great with my jeans- dark blues and greys. - They fit really well (bought size 11, i normally wear 10.5 - 11.5- just depends on the make), and I have wide/flat feet. Which was my biggest concern, seeing as some/most shoes end up being more narrow and uncomfortable. I think the only think I would have loved to from these would have been it having a thicker insole for more cushion- but that's personal preference. That being said, I'm definitely using the money I saved buying this vs more expensive mainstream brands to buy a comfy insert and toss it in these bad boys. Overall, I really am happy with my purchase.They arrived quickly, well packaged, and are well made. These are a great bang for your buck sort of boots, especially at that price point. I know for sure I'm going to look over their other products and wishlist another pair of these for a future purchase.

This seems like one of those products where people have abnormally high expectations for something ultimately meant to be a bargain. Are these booths earth shattering? Absolutely not, but FOR THE PRICE... they are fantastic. I have used them for hiking during the fall and winter time. They are grippy and comfortable. During the recent mix of rain and snow this past week, my feet stayed warm and dry. Walking through the snow and along slippery sidewalks, I never once lost my footing or grip either. I know there have been some questions regarding durability. I suspect there might be a quality control issue, but as far as the boots I purchased, they still feel and look as good as new. I have been so impressed with their durability, style, and utility, I've also recently purchased another pair in the camel color with the fur lining for when the weather gets especially dicey. All that said, at around $35, these shoes are a great deal. If you want something that will last forever though, you need to look elsewhere and expect to pay at least three times as much.

Soles do not stay attached to the upper part of the boot. I wore a pair of these for six weeks in muddy, wet conditions, and the sole and heel of the right boot became unattached from the boot upper. I was NOT stepping in water that was over the sole and heel. The right boot quickly became open to water entry. Not worth trying to reattach sole. Not recommended. I threw them away.

Shoe is really stiff. The tapering from toe to ankle makes your feet look fat. It's pretty heavy. The quality is pretty good though.

I’m usually extremely picky about my shoes. This particular pair fit me perfectly. I put them on and wore them for an entire long day. It was like they were already broken in. I am very pleased with them.

Hubby here. A bit narrow in the toe, and I have narrow feet. Comfort is just ok. Wore these all winter coming and going to work. Wore these fishing once, in 2C temp, and feet were a bit cold in that 4 hour period. Durability is where these shine for the price. Mine still look new after several months urban use.

I was looking for a pair of shoes that I could go walking and hiking with in the local parks and beaches. I have to say I am very very happy with these shoes, they are really comfortable and I have been walking up to 20km a day in them. I am usually size 43 but reading the reviews here I went up to the next size 44 and they fit perfectly. I have been walking in a range of conditions including rain, mud and sand and they have been perfect. What I like about them so far is how comfortable they are. I will be ordering another pair to put away just in case amazon sells out of them!

Purchased for daily casual use. Fits well and comfortable.
