My wife really wanted grilled salmon. She hadn't had it in quite a while because I'm allergic and she felt bad eating something I used to really enjoy in front of me. I decided to surprise her and bought these planks to grill her (and our German Shepherd) some salmon for our anniversary. I managed to hide them while they soaked for about 24 hours, and I hid the salmon in plain sight by wrapping them up in butcher paper like the New York strip steaks I'd bought. They're the perfect size for a piece of salmon, they smell great, they're nice and thick, and they worked well. If I really wanted to, I'm sure I could get more than one use out of each plank, they actually held up really well, but they're cheap enough that I toss them after one use. The salmon turned out perfect. I'll definitely buy them again once I've used all 6 of these.

cleaned up easily after the first use, so I expect to be able to use each plank multiple times. Each plank fit two medium salmon steaks and made grill clean up easy. Also kept the salmon from contaminating the vegans’ food on the same grill
