Q: Is the jacket true to size or should I size up ?

I bought this for my sister who is a size 12 uk, I purchased the medium and she is happy with the fit

I think it will be warm as a third layer. I walk my dog in the morning my dog and I used this as my top layer

I, too, am size 8, and chose the small. If you want a roomy fit, then I would go for a medium, but of course it is entirely up to you, if you really want an oversized fit. It is certainly very soft and warm!
