The inside of the case is actually better than I thought it would be. It has a nice sized storage compartment inside and an area to store a shoulder rest. Since I don't use a shoulder rest, I keep a few extra clean microfiber clothes in that compartment. The outside zipper compartment is large enough to fit my sheet music and a few extra necessities. There is a small lock on the case underneath the handle flaps. The only reason I didn't give this budget case 5 stars is because it has a cheap carrying handle, which may not last very long.
