This is the second time I’ve bought these hair ties. They are incredibly durable and long lasting. The only reason I have needed to buy more is because I’ve lent mine out to friends and not gotten them back. They don’t break easily like other hair ties which are often glued together or held together but a metal strip. They can stretch out over time if you want them to be a little larger. Overall, in my opinion, worth the money and will definitely buy again in the future.

I am really enjoying these so far, and in detoxing my product selection. And I so appreciate this and other companies raising quality standards. Back to nature!

These are great hair bands. They have no metal or annoying loss of stretch. Great for all hair types. Organic cotton and eco sourced rubber is the way to go.

I love these. Wish they sold a set of just the lightest blonde tones like they do a solid set of black. I'd buy those. These hold my hair tight - great for sports and a solid hold with no "redo" all day & night. Love that!! Only problem is when I sweat a lot playing sports they take a few hairs with them upon removal...but that's cuz I have a lot of hair.

I love that these are not plastic and they don't break my hair. They also hold a lot of thick hair in place.

These are the only hair ties I've ever really liked. They look great and work even better!

I love, love, love these hair ties. I am working with livestock all day and have shoulder length thick hair and they don’t fall out! Added bonus, at night they don’t rip your hair out either!!

Very happy with these hair ties. I first found them on Life Without Plastic, but bought them here because I needed them in a hurry. I went with the black ones. They are great! I like that they fit loosely and comfortably around my wrist, and nice and tight around my hair. My hair is probably a little on the thin side, and I wrap it around a ponytail 3 times. They seem at least as durable as what I was using before.I’m not super-obsessed with the ins and outs of hair tie performance... these work, so I’m happy with that. The main thing I focus on these days with new purchases is the impact they have on the environment and people/workers on both the production end and after use. On that front, these are where it’s at. Organic cotton is good for the earth and farmers in a big way (see: The True Cost film), and natural rubber is a renewable resource that will eventually biodegrade (probably not anytime soon in a landfill environment, but still). The fact that they are ethically made by a company that has all these issues on its radar makes this an easy choice.As far as I know in 2019, there’s no other company making this type of product available in the US with these values. I really find it imperative to support companies that make these types of commitments to sustainability. It’s the only way to ensure that they grow. It’s kind of amazing that someone had to go so far out of the way to make this type of product sustainable & plastic-free, but it just goes to show how entrenched the use of harmful, overly durable substances is in every tiny thing currently in mass production. It’s important to question and look for alternatives.Anyway, I’m so glad someone bothered. I’ll be getting more, probably the colorful ones next time.

WOW. LOVE LOVE LOVE these hair ties.I can only speak as someone who has long, thick hair. Where in the past I would have to double up on your standard Goody or Scunci hair ties to keep my hair up, and have them stretch out or snap within a couple of months, these environmentally friendly Kooshoo hair ties are not only thoughtfully designed but super strong.I was floored that my first Kooshoo tie lasted 6+ months before it stretched out and needed to move on to the next. It made me feel guilty that one pack would likely last me for 3+ years that I started purchasing these hair ties for friends so that I can support the company.Probably shouldn’t be so shocked/jaded that products can still be well-made and not susceptible to planned obsolescence.Great for thick hair. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love these but after a while they stretch and are weaker.I was expecting more for the price.

These hair ties are incredibly comfortable especially for thick hair. The biggest draw back is that the elastic inside the tie breaks quickly and easily thus stretching them out very fast. I wish it lasted a bit longer, as I have to replace them often.

I haven’t had them for super long so can’t comment on durability but they are strong enough to hold up my long thick curly hair, even when wet! Super happy with them and they comfortable to wear around the wrist when not in use. Will definitely buy again if I ever need more

these hair ties exceeded all my expectations. holds my hair great and if tightly worn , they leave a beautiful "kink" in my hair... I feel so good using Kooshoo's 100% biodegradable product.
