No cumple mis espectativas no da testura, color ni sabor a las carnes elaborada. Para papitas fritas es genial. Devolví el artículo en óptimas condiciones y después de chequear que fue recibido por el vendedor el 5/15/20, no me ha devuelto mi dinero aún. Estoy muy decepcionada de cómo se está manejando la atención al cliente en éstos momentos. Para cobrar la compra no hay Coronavirus, pero para resolver un problema si. No entiendo. He puesto en tres ocasiones la reclamación de la devolución de mi dinero y Amazon no ha resuelto el problema hoy es junio 6 2020.El vendedor recibió la freidora en mayo 12 2020, casi un mes. Me preocupa mucho la conducta de Amazon, siempre tomo acción rápida y justa. Ésto es una alerta para mi. Lo siento mucho Amazon,vas a perder una Cliente activa.

Good unit
The air fryer worked well and makes a great deal of food especially for just two people. Nice addition to the kitchen.

Emerald Airfryer not recommended without a protection plan
Emerald Airfryer with Self Stir - lasted exactly a year and then died.I bought this airfryer as I wanted a Self Stir feature that I loved in my T-Fal actifry . But Tfal was noisy and didn't have a auto shutdown feature. This made me go for Emerald. The stir feature was no good , stir laddle fixes on top of the rack , and didn't move the food properly . The food cooked ok but the food always sticks to the pan . I bought this product from another famous vendor for $ 70 and got a appliance protection . This plan cost me only additional $10.00 . The protection plan saved me , I got refund of $ 60. Now I can buy my 3 airfryer. I won't recommend to buy this product if you don't have protection plan.

Underpowered and underwhelmed
My mom wanted a large air fryer, I was so excited when I found this on deal of the day. I bought it for her and she had good things to say about it but did say it wasn't what she expected. I love and adore air fryers. I was at her house and was using the air fryer expecting time, temperature and outcome to be pretty universal for air all fryers, I attempted to use it the same way I would mine. Food was cold, I had to double the cooking time and it didn't get nearly as crispy as mine. Turns out her 6 qt air fryer has the same size heating element as my 4 qt. Larger basket same power leads to soggy, cold food. I'm so disappointed. I wish I would have known have little power this large air fryer has.

Quit Working no response regarding warranty.
Really liked this fryer, not the paddle though. Food (like fries) gets stuck underneath it. The large size was nice but it stopped working after 2 months of use. This email "[email protected]" hasn't gotten any replies to multiple inquiries.
