I have received both packages of balloons and I have been very disappointed in them
I ordered these white balloons for a circus themed party. I also needed red balloons but since this site didn't have them, I ordered them from another place. I have received both packages of balloons and I have been very disappointed in them. First, the package was not sealed properly and balloons were falling out of the bag when I opened the box. I counted them and had 144 but found 4 with holes or damage. Second, when I started blowing them up, I found they were much smaller than the 11" red balloons I had also ordered from a different site. I assume they sent me 9" balloons instead. So needless to say, I am not happy with the quality or service.

Work great with helium!
Balloons came exactly as pictured and described, work great! I filled them with helium, and had no issues.

About 25% of these balloons popped once blown up by ...
About 25% of these balloons popped once blown up by 7/8th graders for a dance. They also complained about the balloons feeling "pasty" or "powderly" As adviser, I had to buy more balloons at the last minute.

Small, very poor quality balloons!
Balloons are not 11"! Their quality is poor. Not only are they smaller than advertised, these balloons vary significantly in shape and size. Several were flawed with an odd shape or had holes. I would not recommend buying these. Very disappointed. '
