Cheaply made. Extremely disappointed
I try to put it together but where the poles go....the holes were on the bottom instead of the top where you should insert them to stay in place. I’ve added pocks so you can see what I’m talking about. The little basketball hoop is unusable because the Velcro to hold it up is way too high. Extremely disappointed.

Awful product
This product is crap. There are no instructions to assemble the pole. The poles bend in every direction and it’s not easy to put inside the tent. I spend a half hour trying and got so frustrated that I’m returning it. Plus the one loop to connect the tunnel is broken. I’d never by this or from this company again!

Love how compactable it is!
Despite filling half of our living room when fully expanded, this castle compacts down to just a 2ft diameter circle and less than an inch thick, making it perfect for taking along while we travel.

Tube placement is awkward.
The ball pit was easy to set up, but the layout is weird. The balls from the pit roll down the tube because of the placement.(For anyone wondering) : 200 balls is enough to only cover the whole bottom of the pit. If you want a little depth, I'd suggest getting 400.

Good for the price
This was purchased as a Christmas present and ironically grandpa bought one too, but a different brand...so the kids got two! This one was better quality although it is what you’d expect at this price point. Kids like it and quality meet expectations. I would purchase again if the occasion called for it.

Disappointing
I'm super upset that there's no way to assemble the castle! The provided the poles but nowhere to put them in the top of the tent. There are strings I guess they want me to tie it but that would never hold!! The ball pit is cute but I'm upset we can't use the whole thing. Would not purchase again.

Very hard to assemble and parts break easily
This product is very cheaply made and when trying to assemble the tent, the sticks broke and fiberglass went everywhere and ended up sticking into my fingers. Luckily my daughter hadn't had the chance to get to it yet. It is poor quality and not worth the purchase.
